Server Folders

List of Users that are authorized to upload files to the server and their associated file folder. The default is "files sent to you" for downloading.

My Folder

File folder where your uploaded files are stored.

Server Files

Displays a list of files available to download.

Name

Name of the file.

Time

Date and time the file was uploaded. Date format mm/dd/yyyy

Len

File size.

Flags

Displays all flags associated with the file.

• D = Delete after all recipients have downloaded
• M = stored in the server's Memory instead of on the server's harddrive  NOTE: Should the server be reset in any manner then all files stored in memory will be lost.
• P = Private - prevents other Users from seeing the file name in your folder

Comment

Displays the comments provided by the User that uploaded the file.

Download

Downloads the selected file.

Open Folder

Opens the local VentriloData\Downloads folder.

Delete File

Deletes the selected file in the 'Server Files' window.

File Name

Allows you to select the file(s) to upload.

Recipients

Allows you to select which Users to send the file(s) to.  Recipients can also be selected by the following methods:

Drag/Drop individual Users from main/channel window to the file transfer window.    Note: (Recipient box displays U=)

Drag/Drop a channel name to the file transfer window which will include all Users currently in that channel.    Note: (Recipient box displays C=)

Expire

Sets an expiration time (in minutes) for the file(s) to be available for downloading. The file(s) will be removed from the server after the expiration time. Leave blank for no expiration time.

Comment

Allows the User to display a comment for the associated file.

Delete after all recipients download

The uploaded file(s) will be removed from the server after all selected Users have downloaded the file(s).

Store in server memory

The uploaded files will be stored in memory instead of on the harddrive.

Private, except for recipients

This option will hide the file name in your folder from other Users other than the intended recipients.

Status

Displays the status for all file transfer events.

Upload

This button will send the file to the server if all the necessary information has been entered.

Rank List

Displays the Rank List window. The recipient list can be selected by the following using the Drag/Drop method:

Rank - any User assigned the rank under Abbrev/Description     Note: (Recipient box displays R=)

Rank Level - any User assigned the rank level = {number}     Note: (Recipient box displays L=)

Rank >= Level - any User assigned the rank level = {number} or higher number    Note: (Recipient box displays G=)

Close

Closes the File Transfer window.

Displays this Help page.
