IP address for mumble-de.cleanvoice.com / mumble-de.cleanvoice.ru has been changed. If you still can not connect to the server try execute "ipconfig /flishdns" or reboot your computer.

mumble-us.cleanvoice.ru will be unreachable due to maintenance for 10-30 minutes.

The server back online, downtime was 22 minutes.
Server migration (US)
Our US Free Mumble was moved to new server facility today because of issues on the previous datacenter. Please, use mumble-us.cleanvoice.ru address instead of IP address and connection should be estabilished in several hours.

Servers back online [US]
The US free Mumble instance was offline half of the day. It was restored and should work fine now.

IP address change [DE]
The Germany server was moved and it's available by a new IP address. If you use address mumble-de.cleanvoice.com then it will be automatically updated to the new IP, so you don't need to change anything. It may take some time (during a day) to update DNS on your computer.
It should work more stable without wierd disconnects.

Can't see a battery?
If you don't see a battery image inside a welcome message then first make sure a chat box is visible (right click on a menu bar > "Log" item should be enabled).
If a battery still not shown then it's probably you use non-desktop client.
The issue is described on https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/issues/3390, and we preferred to support Mumble 1.3.x instead of Plumble (and may be several other clients) which does not support embedded images yet.
Therefore, you can use desktop Mumble client to renew your server. And wait when Plumble will support this feature.

Mail delivery issue
Microsoft Outlook service reject our emails, therefore their users could not receive our activation email (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, etc.)
Temporary you can use other mail service provider to register a Mumble server.
For example, https://mail.yandex.com

Microsoft filters were updated, our mail is delivered now.

New server [US]
Today there was a little misunderstanding with our datacenter according to a high traffic month usage. Because of that our US server was offline for several hours. Now the server is online.
Good news — we are running an additional server in North America!

Update
Our communication system between a web site and Mumble servers was updated.
Now any action (like a new server creation and server battery charging) adds in a command queue, and then each command is processed by a worker program during a minute.
This way is very robust and your battery will never be broken, like it could be before. All servers with broken battery were fixed.

There were many interruptions on the US server today due to degraded performance on a storage platform. The problem should be resolved.

Server IP Change (US)
Customers in our free Mumble US server were migrated to a new server in Virginia.
The IP was changed and we're highly recommend to use our address name mumble-us.cleanvoice.ru. DNS cache will be updated during next 12 hours and there is out of sync players may occurs between old and new locations.

Server Update
The server mumble-de.cleanvoice.ru was updated to the latest version where a bug with user increasing is fixed. From now it will not need restarted every day to reset user counter!
